Privacy policy

This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit this website or contact us. Last updated: 12.10.2026

1. Who is responsible

The controller of your personal data is Cloudsail Digital Solutions Sp. z o.o., Aleja Wolności 12/202, 62-800 Kalisz, Poland, KRS 0000884906, NIP 6182188106. You can reach us about privacy at miki@cloudsail.com.

2. What we process and why

Call requests. When you ask for a call, we process your work email address, the optional message you write and the address of the page you sent it from. We use them to reply and to arrange the call at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for follow-up correspondence, on the basis of our legitimate interest in communicating with prospective clients (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Email correspondence. If you write to us directly, we process your name, email address and the content of your message to respond (Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR).

The savings calculator. The numbers you enter are calculated in your browser. They are not stored or sent to us.

Website hosting. Our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and time of access to deliver the website and keep it secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Fonts. This website loads the Archivo typeface from Google Fonts, operated by Google Ireland Limited. Your browser connects to Google servers, which can transfer your IP address to Google.

3. Cookies

We use Google Analytics 4, a service of Google Ireland Limited, to understand how visitors use this website. If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, Google Analytics is loaded and its cookies are set only after you choose Accept in the cookie notice (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Until you do, and if you choose Reject, the analytics script is not loaded and no analytics cookies are set.

With your consent, Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_3GX5Y7896R, which tell visitors and sessions apart and stay in your browser for up to two years. Google processes usage data such as the pages you view, your approximate location derived from your IP address, and your browser and device type. We keep this data in Google Analytics for [retention period set in Google Analytics]. Google may process it in the United States, where Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage so that we do not ask again. You can change or withdraw it at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page; withdrawing stops Google Analytics and deletes its cookies from this site. We do not use advertising cookies.

4. Who receives your data

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run this website and our business, such as hosting and email providers, under data processing agreements. We do not sell personal data. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on an adequacy decision or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

5. How long we keep it

We keep call requests and correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and for up to [number] months afterwards for follow-up, unless a longer period is required by law, for example tax rules for contract-related correspondence.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interests. To exercise these rights, write to miki@cloudsail.com.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland, or with the authority in your country of residence.

7. Automated decisions

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.

8. Changes

We may update this policy when our website or services change. The current version is always published on this page.
