This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit this website or contact us. Last updated: 10.10.2026
The controller of your personal data is Cloudsail Digital Solutions Sp. z o.o., Aleja Wolności 12/202, 62-800 Kalisz, Poland, KRS 0000884906, NIP 6182188106. You can reach us about privacy at miki@cloudsail.com.
Usage review requests. When you request a usage review, we process your work email address, the optional message you write, and the developer count and monthly spend from the savings calculator. We use them to reply and to prepare an offer at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for follow-up correspondence, on the basis of our legitimate interest in communicating with prospective clients (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Email correspondence. If you write to us directly, we process your name, email address and the content of your message to respond (Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR).
The savings calculator. The numbers you enter are calculated in your browser. They are not stored or sent to us unless you submit a usage review request.
Website hosting. Our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and time of access to deliver the website and keep it secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Fonts. This website loads the Archivo typeface from Google Fonts, operated by Google Ireland Limited. Your browser connects to Google servers, which can transfer your IP address to Google.
This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising.
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run this website and our business, such as hosting and email providers, under data processing agreements. We do not sell personal data. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on an adequacy decision or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
We keep usage review requests and correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and for up to [number] months afterwards for follow-up, unless a longer period is required by law, for example tax rules for contract-related correspondence.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interests. To exercise these rights, write to miki@cloudsail.com.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland, or with the authority in your country of residence.
