ServicesAI engineers for your team

AI engineers who join your team and build with you

When your roadmap holds more AI work than your team can take on, our engineers join it part-time or for longer. They work in your repositories, tickets and reviews, build AI features, agents and the platforms underneath, and make sure your own engineers can carry the work on after they leave.

How it works

  1. 1

We discuss the work, the skills it needs and how your team runs.

  2. 2

You meet the engineers who would join before anything starts.

  3. 3

They work in your tools, with your reviews and your rules.

  4. 4

Knowledge stays with your team through pairing, documentation and handover.

What our AI engineers work on

Our AI engineers take on the work where your team lacks people or experience, and they do it inside your codebase:

  • AI features in your product, such as assistants, search over your documents and voice interfaces
  • AI agents and automation for business processes, tested on past cases
  • Model selection, evaluation sets, fine-tuning and model routing
  • Inference serving, GPUs and cloud infrastructure for AI workloads
  • MCP servers and integrations that connect AI tools to your systems
  • Coding agent setup for your engineering teams: harness, permissions and cost control

Who joins your team

Our engineers are experienced software and machine learning engineers who have built and run production AI, from computer vision models to voice interfaces and enterprise assistants. They review each other's work, and one of them is your day-to-day contact. You meet them before they start.

They work in English, German or Polish. Whether they work remotely or partly on site is agreed with you.

Ways to work together

In every model the engineers follow your engineering process: your tickets, code review, CI and, where agreed, your on-call rules. Scope, duration and price are agreed after the first call.

  • Part-time: one engineer for some days a week alongside your team, for example to set up evaluations or a platform component
  • Full-time for a period: one or more engineers inside your team on a defined area of your roadmap
  • A small team that builds one AI system with your engineers and hands it over

Compared with hiring or a freelance marketplace

Hiring your own AI engineers is the right long-term choice for work that will last, and we can help you define those roles. Freelance marketplaces are quick to start with but leave the checking of the work to you. Our engineers come with a team behind them that reviews their work and covers skills one person lacks, and the arrangement can end once your own people have taken the work over.

Leaving the know-how with you

The aim is that your team owns the result. Our engineers pair with yours on the hard parts, write down decisions and runbooks as they go, and plan the handover from the start. If you are building your own AI team, we can also run hands-on training on your own code.

Contract model and responsibilities

Before work starts we agree the contract model, responsibilities, access and reporting, and a data processing agreement covers the work in your systems. The arrangement has to fit the employment and contracting rules where you are, and your legal team should review it with us. We report on the work by team and task and never score individual people.

Questions

How quickly can an AI engineer start?

That depends on the skills you need and on our availability at the time. We tell you in the first call and propose the engineers before you commit.

Do your engineers work on our code and infrastructure?

Yes, with the access you grant and under your security rules. Access is agreed before work starts and removed when it ends.

Can we start with one engineer part-time?

Yes. One engineer part-time on a defined problem is a good way to see how the collaboration works before you widen it.

Who owns the code your engineers write?

Code, tests and documentation are written in your repositories from the first day, and ownership is set out in the contract before work starts.

How does working with your AI engineers start?

With a free 30-minute call with one of our engineers about the work and your team. We need no access to your systems for it. Afterwards we propose the engineers, the way of working and a price.

Talk to an engineer

Tell us about the AI work your team can't get to. The call takes 30 minutes and needs no access to your systems or your data.
